Scammers Impersonating LOS ANGELES SHOPPING MALL /human-resource-dpt@la-shoppingmall.com / Fake Job Scam Fraud

This is a fake job scam! There is no job! Do not send documents or money!
Read http://www.scam-job-emails.tk and http://www.never-wire-money-to-strangers.tk
If you are not interviewed face to face, in person, the job offer is Always a scam! If you are asked to pay fees for a visa or work permit or anything else, the job offer is a scam! No real company or embassy ever uses a free email address!
Image Image

As explained in www.scam-job-emails.tk there is no doubt this is a fake job scam. The real USCIS warns about this kind of scam and explains that they do not accept money via PayPal or money transfer!:
We do not accept Western Union or PayPal as payment for immigration fees. In addition, we will never ask you to pay fees to a person on the phone or by email.
You can see the warning here: https://www.uscis.gov/avoid-scams/common-scams
No real lawyer uses an email address that ends in @lawyer.com  These are free email addresses which are used almost exclusively by scammers impersonating lawyers. Read www.scam-email-addresses.tk and http://419advancefeefraud.blogspot.com/2012/07/free-official-looking-email-addresses.html
Additionally, note that the website for this "entity" was registered less than a year ago, which is a further indication that it is fraudulent.  Read www.scamwebsites.tk

No real employer ever interviews you via emailed questions.  Anyone could pass such an "interview." Real employer always interview a prospective employee in person so they can get a true sense of the person they are hiring.

There are literally millions of persons in Los Angeles so if this website was real, they would simply hire someone already in the city and save visa and travel expenses as this job requires no special skills.

A salary of $3500 after taxes is a ridiculous amount of money to be paid for such a position.

Subject: SUBMISSION OF OFFICIAL EMPLOYMENT DOCUMENTS

Dear Victim

We write to submit the following Official employment documents. Attached
are 9 separate employment documents for your perusal and approval.

Our immigration Consultant did indicate, it is OK for you to print out
the documents, sign them and then scan and send to us. We therefore will
not be sending documents through the regular mail or post as earlier
envisaged.

Please confirm and read along the lines before considering the approval
of the documents.

Unfortunately the documents are all in English, we do not have any
translation in other language, if you do not understand English we
advise you consult a lawyer or somebody who can read and interpret the
contract documents to you before you take any decision.

      ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF OBLIGATIONS
      BACKGROUND CHECK PERMISSION
      CODE OF ETHICS
      DRUG TESTING CONSENT AGREEMENT
      EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT(GENERAL EMPLOYMENT  AGREEMENT)
      MEDICAL CHECK CONSENT
      NEW EMPLOYEE WELCOME LETTER
      NON-DISCRIMINATION POLICY STATEMENT
      PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES (STANDARDS OF  CONDUCT).

Thanks once more for the time, expecting to have you as a colleague. We
strongly advise you should not in any way resign from you current job,
until when concrete traveling arrangements have been made, we would
probably provide you with enough time to resign and officially assume
duty here with us in California, U.S.A.

We do not permit that money should be collected from any of our
prospective employees under no circumstance is that permitted. If
somebody is asking for money from you report to us immediately.

Before now, we handled everything for our newly employed staff, but
Board of Directors, in March 2010 decided to adopt this new policy for
newly recruited employees to take care of their visa processing ONLY as
a sign of commitment and interest in pursuing the said opportunity.

Because, it was a normal practice that after the final processing
(flight ticket/documents already processed)  some newly selected
employees, will decline to pursue other opportunities.

Now, we would only process any work permit, arrangements for visa
issuance or the paying of traveling tickets/documents only when a
prospective employee shows his/her willingness to work by paying ONLY
FOR THE VISA PROCESSING FEE to the United States Citizenship and
Immigration Services(U.C.I.S.). See the Official Home Land security
Website link below for details. You will guided by our Immigration
Expert on what to do.

Money should not be paid to any staff of Los Angeles Shopping Mall or
any person apart of the Official Government Department as guided by our
Immigration Consultant we hired to help you out in this process.

The Immigration Consultant (Lawyer) says he already has contacted you,
check your spam folder if you cannot find the message in your inbox.

Thanks expecting to hear from you soonest.

Subject: VISA PROCESSING MANDATE- LA Shopping Mall

Sir/Madam,

I am Sophia Walker Jean (Esq.) a United States based Legal Practioner Specialized in Immigration related issues. I was contacted by one of our corporate client The Los Angeles Shopping Mall, 201 N Los Angeles Street, City of Los Angeles, CA 90012, State of California, United States of America.

To fully engage in the immediate processing of your EMPLOYMENT /WORK VISA under the legal jurisdiction of "Employment Third Preference (E3 technically known as EB 3 visa category as seen on the links below): Skilled Workers, Professionals, and Unskilled Workers (Other Workers)”.

Please see the Official US government (State Department) website link for details:
THIS PROCESS WILL PERMIT THE ISSUE OF AN IMMIGRANT VISA(WHICH IS A LONG TERM VISA) meaning YOUR STAY IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA WILL DEPEND ON THE LENGTH OF YOUR CONTRACT WITH OUR CLIENT(The Los Angeles Shopping Mall). You can stay in the US as long as the contract is valid or as long as you have any other job that will give you the necessary visa adjustments.
One thing, the duration of your contract/stay in the USA depends on which application for visa processing you will subscribe that is: I-140 which is US $700 or I-765 which is $495 (Filing fee of US $410 and biometric fee of US $85). Minutiae enclosed below:

1. I-140, Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker
As detailed out here on the Official US Government Agency for immigration website (United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS)): https://www.uscis.gov/i-140   Kindly visit the link for confirmation. This category qualifies you as a permanent resident to the US and after sometime of virtuous comportment and not at hostilities with the law you can apply for a pathway to a US Citizenship.
Purpose of Form
Use this form to petition for an alien worker to become a permanent resident in the United States.

Additional Information for Completing Your Form:
If you submit Form I-140 on paper: Be sure to sign the form at Part 8, Item Number 1.a., Signature of Petitioner. The fillable version of Form I-140 now includes “Don’t forget to sign!” messages and an arrow pointing to the signature box as reminders for when you print the completed form for mailing. USCIS rejects any unsigned Form I-140. Having to return it to you for a signature will delay processing of your petition.
Filing Fee$ 700

Special Instructions

To ensure your Form I-140 is accepted for processing:
  • Pay the correct filing fee of $700
  • Sign the form
  • Fill out the form completely and accurately, particularly these required fields:
    • Part 1 – Family Name or Company/Organization Name
    • Part 1 – Address
    • Part 1 – IRS Tax Number or Social Security Number (does not apply to petition types 1.a., Alien of Extraordinary Ability or 1.i., National Interest Waiver)
    • Part 2 – Petition Type
    • Part 3 – Date of Birth
  • Submit the required evidence listed in the form instructions
2. I-765, Application for Employment Authorization:
With this one we sign only contracts of 1 year renewable yearly. If for any reason we terminate your contract, when you have not yet another contract you will compelled to return to your country of origin or leave the USA.

I have also provided its technical details and documentation from the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) website: https://www.uscis.gov/i-765 . The filing fee for Form I-765 is $410. If you are requesting consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), you must also pay an $85 biometric services fee for a total of $465. There is no biometric services fee for any other eligibility category.

Purpose of Form
Certain foreign nationals, who are eligible to work in the United States, use Form I-765 to request an employment authorization document (EAD).

Additional Information for Completing Your Form:
If you submit Form I-765 on paper: Be sure to sign the form at Applicant’s Signature. The fillable version of Form I-765 now includes “Don’t forget to sign!” messages and an arrow pointing to the signature box as reminders for when you print the completed form for mailing. USCIS rejects any unsigned Form I-765. Having to return it to you for a signature will delay processing of your application.

Filing Fee
The filing fee for Form I-765 is $410. If you are requesting consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), you must also pay an $85 biometric services fee for a total of $495. There is no biometric services fee for any other eligibility category. Some individuals may be exempt from paying fees. See the form instructions for more information.

The processing of this can only debut if you pay for any of the above options. Funds are paid directly to the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
Hope you visited the links provided to have better insights of what is required of you.
so that an I-765, Application for Employment Authorization should be officially filed on your behalf.
PAY DIRECTLY TO THE United States Citizenship and Immigration Services(USCIS), LOGISTIC OFFICER

VIA ANY OF THE FOLLOWING OPTIONS:
OPTION 1: VIA PAYPAL OR PAYPAL ATTACHED DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD:
You can click on any of the following links to proceed with payment into the OFFICIAL USCIS VISA

PAYMENT ACCOUNT.
TAKE NOTE THAT, WE PREFER THIS OPTION BECAUSE IN THE EVENT OF ANY UNFORSEEN PAYPAL WILL PROVIDE A REFUND OF YOUR MONEY. This is guaranteed way of payment, as your funds are safeguarded. But the challenge is that it takes up to about 3 weeks to be cleared for a USCIS CASE NUMBER TO BE ISSUED, to permit the further processing of your file(Not the best method to be used when time is a factor).
OPTION 2: CARD TO CARD TRANSFER
This option is meant for those who have credit or debit cards and can do a direct card to card transfer via their web based browser platforms. Here funds are confirmed and USCIS CASE NUMBER ISSUED within 1 week. This is also another option to be considered by the prospective employee.
OPTION 3:  PAYING VIA ANY MONEY TRANSFER SERVICE
This option shoulod only be considered if the first two methods that  we strongly encourage you to consider(especially the secured payment via PAYPAL) is not possibible. Then you can proceed to pay via either Western Union or Moneygram to any of the  United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), LOGISTIC OFFICER  to any of the state approved visa centers of your choice listed below.  After that, a scanned copy of the receipt should be channelled to us, to apply for the issue of an official USCIS receipt within 48 hours and sent to you for verification and confirmation. This official receipt from USCIS will constitute an integral part for the further processing of your file.
Immediately the amount is paid, let us know by sending the payment details to us to confirm with them. So that we can immediately submit your documents for the further processing of your US LONG TERM VISA without any delays.
This is the fastest as funds are usually confirmed same day and USCIS CASE NUMBER ISSUED within 2 working days at most.
This will then be used to collect an appropriate receipt which will be an integral documentation required for the further processing of your file. Details can always be provided upon request.

FORMS ARE ATTACHED TO THIS MAIL WITH DETIALED INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO FILL IT. KINDLY ALLOW THOSE AREAS YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND FOR ME TO COMPLETE BEFORE SUBMISSION HERE. Do not provide any false information because it might lead to the disqualification of your file, if ascertained. Remember most of the time a background and security check is always conducted by relevant government departments to ensure those immigrating the US are not a security or public health risk.
If you have family members(immediate relatives) you will want to bring along. We need that yous submit documentary proof, if it is your wife(marriage certificate), child(birth certificate) and immediate relatives any official government document attesting as such. Then you comply with the instructions of FORM 130 attached here.
Purpose of Form of the FORM I-130, Petition for Alien Relative
Filing Fee

$535
Special Instructions
•    To receive an email or text message when we accept your form, complete Form G-1145, E-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance and clip it to the front of the petition.
•    If you are filing for your spouse, your petition must be accompanied by a Biographical Form G-325A for you and one for your spouse (not form G-325).
•    For your petition to be accepted, you must:
o    Properly sign the form. As the petitioner, you must sign Part E.

The forms have been attached to this mail accordingly.
It is a pleasure to provide further clarifications, each applicant should note that employment visas are quite a complex visas to obtain and the procedure of getting them is very different from ordinary visas. Employer visas take a different procedure from other forms of visas. Here are the details you need to know.
See this link from the department of labor for details:
Read the 4th paragraph in that link under the topic "Hiring Foreign Workers" as information pertaining to the first 03 paragraphs is the employers responsibility. This information(bold and italized below) is from the 4th paragraph cited above.
"Employment based immigration is a complex process that may involve a number of government agencies within the Federal Department of Labor, the State Department of Labor, the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and the Department of State. The Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) (8 U.S.C. 1101 et seq.) regulates the admission of foreign workers into the United States. The INA designates the Attorney General and the Secretary of State as the principal administrators of its provisions."
Employment Third Preference (E3): Skilled Workers, Professionals, and Unskilled Workers (Other Workers)
A Third Preference applicant must have an approved Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker, Form I-140, filed by the prospective employer. All such workers generally require labor certification approved by the Department of Labor. Skilled Workers, Professionals, and Unskilled Workers (Other Workers) receive 28.6 percent of the yearly worldwide limit of employment-based immigrant visas, plus any unused visas from the Employment First Preference and Second Preference categories.
There are three subgroups within this category:
Skilled workers are persons whose jobs require a minimum of 2 years training or work experience that are not temporary or seasonal.
Professionals are members of the professions whose jobs require at least a baccalaureate degree from a U.S. university or college or its foreign equivalent degree.
Unskilled workers (Other workers) are persons capable of filling positions that require less than two years training or experience that are not temporary or seasonal.

Note that, There are 02 categories of visa, the Immigrant Visa and the Non Immigrant Visa(NIV).
Check on the US Local Embassies in your current location for further details on types of visas and how they are processed(If you have a particular challenge in relation to your current location, let us know for further guidance).
But it is worth noting that: Nonimmigrant visas are processed in the issuing or departure countries. Non Immigrant visas include business visas, student visa, tourist visas that is all short term visas.
And for any Immigrant Visa or long term visas ( this category of visas include Naturalization processing like getting married to a US citizen, Processing the DV lottery, Employment Visas, Refugee Status Visas etc). These visas make your stay to be permanent and indefinite with their corresponding privileges.  This second category of visas are not completely processed by the Embassy, the embassy has no authority in their processing.
After processing, they can now forward your documents to the respective embassy or consulate for visa issuance, as well as they can issue what is termed a Port of Entry Visa (POE) where you do not need to visit the embassy but travel upon your entry to the US, a visa will be stamped on your passport.
That is why we requested you pay following the procedure earlier presented. After approval, you might be obliged to visit the embassy to pick up a sticker visa on your passport or a Port of Entry Visa(POE) will be issued where your passport will be stamped upon your entry to the US at the first port of entry.
Hope you are familiar with the processing of visas for the DV lottery program, when you succeed, your documents are always sent to USCIS Kentucky. That is why successful applicants will fill forms and send to the US and wait for a while for a case number and an embassy appointment to be given for them now to visit the embassy to pick up the visa. When USCIS processes and approves of it, that is when you visit the embassy just for verification and visa issue.
Embassies do not process long term visas. They have jurisdiction over short term visas like visit /tourist visas but all long term visas are handled by USCIS before referring it to the embassy for verification/issue of sticker visas . You can google it and check it out.
So at this stage we are at the USCIS processing. Hope this information will be of some help.
Fill the attached forms and send to us immediately. Note that our fee has been paid for by our client (The Los Angeles Shopping Mall), we are not charging you a cent for any of our services, we are merely supposed to collect the required information from you and receipt for USCIS payment to start processing your documents.
Each mail you write to us, you need to copy our client your employer and vice-verse to ensure all parties are regularly updated.
Remember any blue coloring on any text represents a link to the relevant government or reference website, where you can always click for details and clarifications.
Note that these are the various ways of having US GREEN CARD which can eventually lead to you obtaining US Citizenship:

Green Card Through a Job

The main ways to immigrate based on a job offer or employment are listed below:
Green Card Through a Job Offer: You may be eligible to become a permanent resident based on an offer of permanent employment in the United States. Most categories require an employer to get a labor certification and then file a Form I-140, Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker, for you.
Green Card Through InvestmentGreen cards may be available to investors/entrepreneurs who are making an investment in an enterprise that creates new U.S. jobs.
Green Card Through Self PetitionSome immigrant categories allow you to file for yourself (“self-petition”). This option is available for either “Aliens of Extraordinary Ability” or certain individuals granted a National Interest Waiver.
Green Card Through Special Categories of JobsThere are a number of specialized jobs that may allow you to get a green card based on a past or current job, such as:
  • Afghan/Iraqi Translator
  • Broadcaster
  • International Organization Employee
  • Iraqi Who Assisted the U.S. Government
  • NATO-6 Nonimmigrant
  • Panama Canal Employee
  • Physician National Interest Waiver
  • Religious Worker
All of these require a Form I-360, Petition for Amerasian, Widow(er), or Special Immigrant, and are described in Section 101(a)(27) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA).
In some cases, you may be able to file the immigrant petition (either a Form I-140 or I-360, depending on your category) at the same time that you file Form I-485, known as “concurrent filing.” For more information, see the “Concurrent Filing” page.
If you are not eligible to adjust your status inside the United States to a permanent resident, the immigrant petition will be sent to the U.S. consulate abroad to complete the visa process. In order to apply for a green card, there must be a visa immediately available to you. See the “Visa Availability & Priority Dates” page.
For information on coming to the United States for temporary or permanent employment, see the “Working in the U.S.” page.
