Thank you for your email. It is our duty to clarify to you on this particular issue of employees paying for their work permit. You should know that visiting UAE is different from coming to work, to work you need a work permit.

The truth is that some employees do not show up after the formalities has been done for them by the Company, so at the end of the day the company beers the lost. So it is now our company policy and also in UAE almost 95% of the companies in UAE made it mandatory that all employees who agrees to the terms and conditions should go ahead and make the payment of their work permit and have a refund, to show the Company that he or she is willing to relocate to UAE before we give the Agency go ahead to process the Employee visa and residence. Fundamentally you are not paying for it because you will get a refund. But work permit payment is a sign of readiness to us that you are willing to relocate and also ready to work with us. When our employee pays for the work permit, the agency will start the processing of the employee visa residence immediately, which we the Company will take care of the expenses.
