Here Medical Nurse's salary is written 4500 GBP where as in your recent advertisement (published in December, 2013) it is only 3000 GBP. Isn't it confusing? Another point is why one should send the form to this e-mail address "britishimmigrationgovs@london.com", not to contact directly to his own country British Embassy ?
Also here is ask to send the form on that specific email before he/she is being confirmed about the job or being getting the job confirmation latter ?
Would you please explain these? I need to know because I saw your recruitment ad and I have a group interested to join in your hotel.

Of course they are asking for money. When you send the money for the "visa". You will be sending it to a scammer pretending to be a visa agent, attorney or travel agency. You won't get a real visa. The scammer just keeps your money and sends you a fake visa application he downloads from the real government website.
