PAYMENT NOTIFICATION OF YOUR FUNDS.

Attn: Beneficiary,

As regards to the email received from your end, the Attached R.B.I form have not been returned and we cannot proceed further without acknowledging the said formalities in the previous E-mail. You will need to fill and send back that scanned copy of the E-Payment Form and together with a valid Identity proof immediately to enable us credit your pending un-claimed amount that has been accredited in your favor to your local Bank Account.

Please note that your pending fund of 500,000 G.B.P cannot be deducted because of the (R.B.I) governmental insurance bond/policy that has insured this amount and will only be payable when formalities are completed. Kindly let us know when the accrediting fee of 15,500 INR will be deposited to enable immediate proceedings from the office of the Foreign Fund Transfer Unit. We are not giving you any lotto amount, we are only doing our job to try and complete a transfer that has been re-accredited in your favor and i cannot question the Board who have directed me to act on this behalf.

Your swift co-operation will be required to conclude this at the earliest only if you are willing to follow formalities and receive your pending amount as this proceedings is not by force and you are requested to discontinue further communication with this Unit if not interested as the amount will be reviewed by the Governor of R.B.I if not claimed by you and awarded to another individual whom will complete same formalities and receive the amount successfully.

Your Regards,
Co-ordinator R.B.I Foreign Fund Transfer Dept
