Dear Beneficiary,

Considering the present Global Economic situation and also our willingness to provide our excellent services to you, the management of Citi Monument Bank have reduced the cost of processing and delivery of your new Platinum ATM card as a discount for our new customers. Please contact the Director, ATM operations Department of Citi Monument Bank at ( atmoperationscmb@admin.in.th ). Tell him that you can only pay $450 for the processing/delivery of the card, then you will pay the balance as soon as the money is released to you. This is the only condition we shall process and release your FUND.

This is our last measure to make sure you receive your money before the deadline given to us by the UK government to return the money to government treasury as an unclaimed fund.
Failure to comply with our instruction on or before deadline, your account will suspended and your fund will be returned to the appropriate government account as unclaimed fund.
However, if you are not able to bring the ATM fee in person, please send it $450 through Western Union Money Transfer to our protocol officer for processing and delivery of your ATM card so that you can start your withdrawals. You are advised that a maximum withdrawal value of US$60,000.00 is permitted daily.

Send the fee to the protocol officer's information below.

Name: Linda Osborne
Address: 336 The Strand London, GB WC2R 1HB, United-Kingdom.
